Some of them still catch my eye when I walk past them, but others are destined to languish there for a long time before I actually get to them.

Jane, I know. It's bad that I haven't read it isn't it? This trilogy is about Henry II and Eleanor of Aquitaine mostly. I actually didn't count them, I relied on my list. Of course, that could be wrong and there might actually be more!

Iliana and Amanda, I think it is going to be To Say Nothing of the Dog.

Mon, they are poor neglected books aren't they. I need to cut back on my library loot and actually read some that I own. I have read two this week that I own. Unfortunately I have bought three so far, so I am still further behind! LOL!

Zibilee, I am going home tonight to find To Say Nothing of the Dog. It is unfortunately in my absolutely stacked to the brim bookshelf, but it shouldn't take me too long to find it...hopefully.

Meghan, I will definitely read Time and Chance and The Devil's Brood eventually as I do love Sharon Penman's writing, and I don't believe I can call myself a true fangirl if I don't at least make the effort to read those two books!

Mel, The Historian does keep on calling my name every time I notice it on the shelves. It would be a perfect read for the RIP challenge as well.Marghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13508430635744720721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18884029.post-3110677567114473422009-09-02T04:44:24.520+10:002009-09-02T04:44:24.520+10:00I think you should read The Historian. I'm not sure I have 300 books around my house, but I'm sure my list is somewhere around that number. I just buy/add books to my list way faster than I could ever read them. Still, having all those books ahead of me is comforting. I know I'll never really run out no matter how fast I read.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18884029.post-9054955171111297382009-08-31T15:23:41.100+10:002009-08-31T15:23:41.100+10:00Tangled Webs is on my TBR pile, too--and I bought ...Tangled Webs is on my TBR pile, too--and I bought it when it first came out. *sigh*

Don't feel bad about 300 books. I have (at last count) over 600 unread books on my to-be-read shelves. I finally declared a moratorium on book-buying, at least until they all fit on the shelf space allotted to them.

The sad thing is that 90% of the books I was really excited about reading. The other 10% were recommendations, whims, or gifts.Darlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08346619210375248680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18884029.post-90578851250028908412009-08-31T10:27:06.124+10:002009-08-31T10:27:06.124+10:00You haven't read Tully?
