This week's Booking Through Thursday question:

All other things (like price and storage space) being equal, given a choice in a perfect world, would you rather have paperbacks in your library? Or hardcovers? And why?

I don't buy a lot of hardcovers, and I do buy a lot of mass market paperbacks, but it is the larger size trade paperbacks that are my favourites. They aren't so heavy to carry around in my handbag as hardcovers, and are a bit better quality than the smaller, cheaper paperbacks.

  1. Sounds like a good compromise!

    Happy BTT :-)

  2. I'm partial to the trade paperbacks also, Marg. The quality and size is perfect. I do read both mass market paperbacks and hardbacks as well--probably own more of those then I do trades, but trades have the edge if I had to choose between the formats.
