Who am I?

Author Jenny Crusie recently posted a link to a site called Typealyzer which analyzes what type of person someone is based on what they post on their blog! I did it for fun, but I have to say that it is pretty spot on really! They also have an analysis of brain activity but I can't figure out how to copy that over here!

ISTP - The Mechanics

The independent and problem-solving type. They are especially attuned to the demands of the moment are masters of responding to challenges that arise spontaneously. They generelly prefer to think things out for themselves and often avoid inter-personal conflicts.

The Mechanics enjoy working together with other independent and highly skilled people and often like seek fun and action both in their work and personal life. They enjoy adventure and risk such as in driving race cars or working as policemen and firefighters.

  1. That is super neat! I'm a "Thinker".

    But how does it work?

  2. I would like to know how it works too, because each one of my blogs creates a different personality that only has bits and pieces of me?

  3. Well, for two of my blogs, it said The Performer, okay sure. But the other said The Doer. Oh no, I love sitting around and doing nothing. I could do it all day, if the kids would let me.

  5. Before I comment - Marg, I emailed you to your email. Did you get it?

That cool link! Here what mine said...

    ESTP - The Doers
The active and play-ful type. They are especially attuned to people and things around them and often full of energy, talking, joking and engaging in physical out-door activities.

The Doers are happiest with action-filled work which craves their full attention and focus. They might be very impulsive and more keen on starting something new than following it through. They might have a problem with sitting still or remaining inactive for any period of time

  12. How interesting! My result was "ENTJ - The Executives. The direct and assertive type." That's not me, but my blog represents my main website rather than my own personality, so this actually seems accurate.
