Library Loot: May 2 to 8

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Claire from The Captive Reader and Marg from The Adventures of an Intrepid Reader that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!

Not much loot for me this week, which might be a good thing really as it gives me a chance to actually get some of the books on my library shelf, or some books that I own, to get read! I suspect that next week will be a bigger week.

Here's my loot:

Blameless by Gail Carriger - the next book in the Alexa Tarabotti series

Poseidon's Gold by Lindsay Davis - the next book in the Marcus Didius Falco series

Share your loot by adding your link to Mr Linky below:

Finally, the other day someone shared a song the other day that was about the library. I couldn't find the link but it did have me scuttling off to Youtube to see if I could find it. Instead, I found this video that I thought I would share with everyone this week!

  1. It's good to take a bit of a break and try to catch up sometimes, isn't it? That's what I did last week and, though I can't sustain such restraint for more than a week, it did give me the chance to work through some of my old loot.

    1. Restraining it for more than a week would be a definite challenge!

  3. I still need to read Soulless, as I have had it here forever, and haven't gotten to it yet. I am thinking that it might make a nice light read for the weekend, when I have some free time!
