Library Loot: 1 to 6 September

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Claire and myself that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!

Claire has the Mr Linky this week. I was determined that I wasn't going to be as late this week as I was last time that Claire hosted, so I am actually pre writing this post! Had a guilty conscience!

Here's my loot for this week:

The Search by Nora Roberts - These days I pretty much request the next Nora Roberts book as soon as I hear it is coming out, but I missed this one, so have had to wait ages for it to come in.

Angelique in Revolt - Reloot. I really want to read it, I really do!

The Princess Bride by William Goldman - Chris from Book-a-rama was talking about hosting a readalong of this book. I have heard so many things about both the book and movie over the years but haven't ever either read the book or seen the movie. It seems about right.

Coventry by Helen Humphries - This is reloot too, but in this case I accidentally returned the book a month earlier than I needed to. Sometimes my infallible systems proves to not be so infallible.

The Shadow Queen by Anne Bishop - Another reloot!

Claire has Mr Linky this week, so head on over and share your loot for this week.

  1. I like the sound of Shadow of Kings and would like to see what you think of it.

  2. You confused me for a minute Mystica. I was trying to think what book I had borrowed that was called Shadow of Kings. After I checked the post I realised that you meant the Shadow Queen. I have really enjoyed the other books I have read from Anne Bishop so I have high hopes for this one.
