A couple of months ago I shared our experience of Atlas Masterclasses. We have continued to do masterclasses everyy second week and the plan is to continue to do that for a while yet.
I am not going to go through the details of how the masterclass works because I already did that here. I would say though that one of the things that I enjoy is that although the recipes are not necessarily normal, they are very accessible. Every week, we ask my son to cook at least one meal a week, even in the weeks that we are doing these boxes, and he seems to enjoy being the cook on these nights.
This week, I am sharing the last three countries that we visited.
Indonesia

You are so impressively adventurous! When I cook from "around the world," it mainly involves getting some sort of frozen ethnic cuisine from Trader Joe's!

DeleteI am thinking of doing something like this for the winter months. Do a different cuisine each weekend with wine to match.
ReplyDeleteI'm a new viewer to British Bake Off (go figure) and am also thinking of trying some of their challenges.
The meal with tofu and egg wouldn't appeal to me either.
I was looking forward to that dish Jackie. We eat Nasi Goreng quite regularly, but neither my husband or I liked them.

The Atlas Master Classes is such a great idea. I am going to have a look at that. And now I'm actually hungry...
