Music A to Z: K

Welcome to this week's edition of my Music A to Z feature. Each week on Thursday, I am going to share a song where either the song or the artist name begins with the letter for that week. This week, the letter is....

K

When You Say Nothing At All by Ronan Keating - When I posted the letter E, I mentioned that there was a song that I thought might be my first dance song if I ever got married. This was that song! I have loved it ever since I first heard it as part of the soundtrack for Notting Hill.

Keith Urban - If any of my friends were to be asked who my favourite singer is, then I am pretty sure they would all answer Keith Urban, so fair warning that both the letters K and U will feature him! I was very excited to hear that he is coming back as a judge on The Voice Australia this year.

I have seen him live now, maybe half a dozen times now and I have tickets for later this year.. There was the time when I took my son and he slept through Keith's entire set. And then there was having the good fortune of being in Nashville when he was playing at the Grand Ole Opry.

The big issue I have with choosing Keith is which song to choose because there are so many that I love  but I thought I would start with a live performance.

And maybe a more recent song as well.

Do you have any K songs or artists? Let me know in the comments.

  1. Ronan is a good looking guy ;)
To be honest I couldn’t name a single Kieth Urban track.
For K I’d have to go for KISS ( probably I was Made for Lovin You) and Boy Georges Karma chameleon

    1. KISS is a great choice Shelleyrae. There are so many KU songs that I love it was hard to only choose two!
