Welcome to this month's edition of Six Degrees of Separation, which is a monthly meme hosted by Kate from Books Are My Favourite and Best. The idea is to start with a specific book and make a series of links from one book to the next using whatever link you can find and see where you end up after six links. I am also linking this post up with The Sunday Salon, hosted by Deb at Readerbuzz.
This month we are starting with The Naked Chef by Jamie Oliver, which is a different place to start. I am very interested to see how people make their chains this month. I've decided to stay within the cookbook world for my chain.
I have a few Jamie Oliver cook books so I thought I would start with one of those - Jamie Oliver's Great Britain
When I lived in the UK one of the great TV cooks was Delia Smith, so I am choosing her Complete Illustrated Cookery Course. This was one of the few cookbooks I bought back to Australia with me when I returned in 1999. The rest of the cookbooks that I had acquired were left behind.
Another author whose books I did bring back from the UK was Ainsley Harriott, so my next book is his Barbecue Bible.
Josh Niland's book was a choice for Jamie Oliver's Cookbook Club, as was my final choice, In Bibi's Kitchen by Hawa Hassan and Julie Turshen
Next month the starting point is The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey.
